Data Mining and Hotel Marketing CRM Realization

This article analyzes the application of data mining technology to the hotel marketing analysis,gives the logical organization model of the hotel analysis CRM system,hotel CRM which is the commonly used data mining method,CRM system software design and the realization based on the middleware technology.
