On the Process of Social Activity of Technology

This paper mainly deals with what process the technology is,on the basis of the thoughts on technology process,and the fact that present technology has brought human various problems.Firstly,the author finds out the problem from combing the history on technology and puts forward his idea-technology is a kind of social activities process.And then the author analyzes the technology which is as a social activity process from three respects:the consistency between technology and human society in time,the active attribute of technology and the social attribute of technology.The author holds the opinion that only by taking technology as a kind of social activities course,can we grasp the essence and characteristics of technology better,and make full use of the society to solve various kinds of problems actively that technology has brought.Meanwhile,this paper also provides some prerequisite and foundation in the epistemology for the theories on the technological control and the technological sociality.
