Promote Self-Efficacy under the Organization Pressure

Self-efficacy is a generalized ability which can produce the motivations to positive thoughts and promote the individual identification. This paper focuses on the reasons for forming an organization and the results it brings. Confirming the positive role of self-efficacy, promoting the self-efficacy and shifting the organization pressure to the motivation and creativity of organization developments are the cores of this paper.
