The Relativity Research between TCM Sign Types and Influencing Factors of Hypertension in Urban Shaoxing City Zhejiang Province

Objective: Explore the relationship between TCM sign types and influencing factors of hypertension. Method: Take systematic sampling investigation for the subjectives of middle aged and senile persons in Yuecheng district, Shaoxing city,Zhejiang province. Result: There's relation between TCM sign types and influencing factors of hypertension; on sex( P 0 0), age, education, family history, weight, smoking and drinking, accompanied diabetes, hyperlipemia and cerebral apoplexy( P 0 01), all these of hypertension patients appeared diferent in TCM sign types. Blood pressure level, pulse pressure, target organ injury and clinical supervention reflected the gradual development of the hypertension of 4 TCM types ( P 0 01),among which, both deficiency of yin and yang was most severe with comparative worse prognosis.
