Chen Xiaonan, Zhu Xi, Fang Zhiming Medical School of Hangzhou Teachers College, Hangzhou(310012)
Objective: To observe the effect of Radix Salvia Mitorrhiac Injection on blood serum TNF, and as well as test its pharmacological effect and functional mechanism, and provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment of alcoholic liver injury. Methods: 30 SD rats were divided into three groups at random, the control group, model group (the stomach filled with white spirits), the treatment group(injected with Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection in abdominal cavity after two weeks filling the stomach white spirits). After ten weeks, the rats' blood serum TNF was determined and analysed by ANOVA(analysis of variance). Results: The data between the model groups and the control group had significant difference statistically( P 0 01). While the amount of TNF in the treatment group rats' blood serum, compared with that of model group, there was significant difference statistically( P 0 01) and there was no significant difference statistically( P 0 05) between control group and treatment group. Conclusion: Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection can reduce the amount of TNF in blood serum, then prevent rat's alcoholic liver injury.
