Lacunar Cerebral Infarction 56 Cases Treated with Bushen Tongluo Decoction

Objective Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction on lacunar cerebral infarction.Method Randomly divide 105 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction into treatment group 56 cases and control group 49 cases,on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine,administer Bushen Tongluo decoction on the treatment group,and the control western medicine.Make score to all patients’ nerve function injury degree before and after treatment.Result For the treatment group,the total effective rate is 92.85%,the curative and effective rate 75%;for the control,87.78% and 55.1%;by comparison,the difference is statistically meaningful.The nerve function injury is improved for both groups,but the treatment group is better.Conclusion Bushen Tongluo decoction has correct effect in treating lacunar cerebral infarction,if combined with western medicine,it is much better than only western medicine therapy.
