The Current Molecular Mechanism Study of Blood-brain Barrier Damage Induced by Cerebral Ischemic with Chinese Medicine

Li Jinhui,Wan Haitong Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,Hangzhou(310053)
Cerebral ischemia can lead to the structure and function of the blood-brain barrier damage, and cerebral ischemic damage is the result of the blood-brain barrier, also trigger further the brain damage.Chinese medicine cerebral ischemic cascade reaction to the injury effect has been made with some degree of certainty. In particular, the blood-brain barrier damage after cerebral ischemia in the transmembrane protein transporter, proteolytic enzymes, aquaporin, inflammatory adhesion molecules and other molecular mechanism have been some progress.Prospect BBB injury prevention medicine with modern biological physical imaging technology will have greater prospects for development.
