FUZZY MULTIATTRIBUTE METHOD OF EMITTER THREATENING GRADE EVALUATION

Emitter threatening grade evaluation is a particular subject in electronic countermeasures. It is the foundational work in jam resources allocation and assistant decision making. Based on an analysis of the threatening grade evaluation process now in use in navy scoutplanes weights of threatening factors for the emitter using the object consensus ranking principle were proposed. Membership functions of threatening factors for the emitter were determined by fuzzy sets, and a new way of radiant imperilment grade evaluation was presented. Criterion of emitter threatening grade evaluation was given. This is shown to be feasible and effective with a concrete example. The method may present a new way in threatening grade evaluation, and consequently enable the settlement of more complicated threatening environment.
