Design for Negative Shift and Coincidence Degree of Reciprocating Positioning Chain

XU Jin (Yancheng Institute of Technology,Yancheng 224003,Jiangsu,China)  
The structure and principle of reciprocating positioning chain are introduced,and the meshing process is analyzed also.By designing the negative shift for the sprocket,its trajectory coincides with the theoretical one,and the meshing quality is improved.The coincidence degree of the meshing is analyzed,it offers a guideline for choosing the coincidence degree,and it is significant to improve the transmission smoothness.
