Submarine's Magnetic Field Extrapolation Using Boundary Element Method and Tikhonov Regularization

In order to master the submarine's magnetic field distribution,and then study the submarine's magnetic silence performance,a mathematical model used for extrapolation was established by the boundary integral equations.When applying the measured magnetic field to determine the model parameters,the parameters' constrained conditions were considered.In order to suppress the disturbance of measurement error to the calculated parameters,the parameters were determined by Tikhonov regularization method.Three methods using for choosing the regularization parameter were compared,and the analysis shows that generalized cross validation was suitable for the model parameters determination.Finally,a mockup experiment was given to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the extrapolation method.The verified results show that the method has high precision,high stability and some value in practical engineering.
