Semiparametric Survey Adjustment Models and Processing of Problems with Systematic Errors

Considering the Semiparametric surveying adjustment models ,is a d-vector of unknown parameters,is an unknown Borel function. Firstly, using natural cubic spline methods, find natural cubic spline function of nonparametric component . Secondly, the estimators of parameters and are derived by using the partial residual and least square method, discuss the approach of bandwidth choice in the Semiparametric surveying adjustment models; Finally, the result obtained by the new method corresponds with that by the least squares method.. The new method presented in this paper shows an effective way of solving the problem; the estimated values are nearer to their theoretical ones than the adjustment method of least squares.
