Research of Disaster Prevention of Power Network Based on WebGIS for Thunderstorm Weather

The improvement of the meteorological service technology is one of the hot pursuit for China Meteorological Bureau.The purpose of this paper is to focus on improving the forecast level of local thunderstorm weather for power network and establishing practical disaster emergency plans and effective response measures,by using real time monitoring data of doppler weather radar,atmospheric electric field meter,lightning locator and automatic weather station of meteorological department,and adopting the advanced radar echo extrapolation method.Finally,thunderstorm weather for power network security system based on WebGIS has been formed.It has high application value in meteorological service.
