Numerical Computation for High Dimension Hopf Bifurcation

WU Jike ZHOU Kun (Department of Mechanics, Peking University)  
A transformation is constructed, and an equivalent relationship between finding the Hopf Bifurcation points of nonlinear dynamic system and solving the pair of complex conjugate eigenvalues with maximum norm of a matrix is established. A new numerical method for computing Hopf Bifurcation points is provided.
