Study on the Reaction between Proteins and the Complex of Cu(Ⅱ)-sulfochlorophenol S and Its Application

Cu(Ⅱ)\|sulfochlorophenol S could combine with BSA to form a blue three component complex in Clark\|Lubs buffer at pH 2.5,which possesses maximum absorption at 724?nm with 53,93 and 160?nm of red shift compared to the Cu(Ⅱ)\|sulfochlorophenol S complex,BSA\|sulfochlorophenol S complex and dye itself,respectively.The standard curves of some kinds of proteins were constructed under optimum condition obtained in our lab.The linear range is large.The assay is sensitive,accuracy,and tolerant to many foreign substances.Moreover,all the reagents are stable and the performance is easy to carry out.
