A Chemometrics Analysis on the Data of Precipitation Chemistry of China

From Chinese references(1980-1999), a lot of data of precipitation chemistry of China, such as the concentrations of Ca~(2+). Mg~(2+). K~+. Na~+. NH_4~+. SO_4~(2-). NO_3~-. Cl~- and pH, have been collected. A chemometrics analysis on the data were carried out by using several algorithm, including correlation matrix analysis, principal factor analysis, Pattern recognition and artificial neural network. then the type of acid rain of China and the relationship between pH values and above eight ion concentrations in the precipitation were discussed.
