Study on the Position Setting Management in Colleges and Universities Based on P-O Fit Theory

It is of great practical significance to introduce P-O Fit Theory into the position setting management of colleges and universities.Based on P-O Fit Theory,from the perspective of colleges and universities,it should do well in position setting management by job evaluation,staff career development design,strengthening job training and process control.From the perspective of individual employees,they need to strengthen their sense of identity and belonging to the organizational culture,do well in their career planning,and improve their skills and qualities.
