On-line montoring and communication technology for water pump set based on LabVIEW system

Large-scale water pump set is the common rotation machinery using the spot check method and making check tour with the monitoring system (including the data-collection system). When the prime examination finds sign of fault,focal check and diagnosis can be used. Intelligent monitor and the tele-communication based on virtual system are introduced.As the pump set is the key machinery, real-time and on-line examining is used in monitoring and diagnosis. Discrete Wavelet Transform is applied to deal with the vibration signal,and the force, temperature and electroform data are collected. Integrating these data, fault diagnosis can be realized.Based on the DataSocket protocol, the project can achieve the remote communication.
