How to convert implicit knowledge to explicit one in knowledge management

Implicit knowledge tends to be perfect and has more innovative value than explicit knowledge.Turning implicit knowledge into explicit one is a key link in knowledge management.Based on the SECI knowledge conversion modal,this paper analyzes the main obstacles in turning implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge,and puts forward a set of methods to solve the problem such as leadership mechanism and incentive mechnism.
