Design of intelligent temperature platform based on fuzzy control

XU Xiao-fei,PENG Shu-hua,CHEN Wen-bai(School of Automation,Beijing Information Science and Technology University,Beijing 100192,China)  
A closed-loop control system is constructed by using detecting sensor,DAQ,and calefaction controller.we collect the real temperature information,enactment temperature value and the difference,dispose them with fuzzy control algorithmic.Then the output u of fuzzy controller dominate the occupy and empty ratio of PWM.The PWM is used to controll the on-off time of the solid relay and realize the temperature control.The test shows the control algorithm improves the temperature control performance parameter.
