Background subtraction in Raman measurement of ethanol concentration

Adaptive iteratively reweighted penalized least squares algorithm is demonstrated firstly.Then the traditional background subtraction pre-treatment methods and air-PLS method are applied in the quantitative analysis of aqueous ethanol solution.The result shows that air-PLS could eliminate the background shift.and improve the model's accuracy.
