MEMBRANE SOLUTIONS OF DISK SPRINGS UNDER FINITE DEFORMATION WITH CONSIDERATION OF FRICTION EFFECTS

The load deflection relations of monolithic disk springs are analyzed by means of rigid section assumption of Timoshenko S P under the condition of finite deformation with considerations of friction and sliding.The comparisons are carrided out between load deflection curves for the cases with and without guiding cylinder and for the cases with and without friction.On the basis of above analysis the energy loss(Hysteresis Work)due to sliding with friction under repeated loading is computed and discussed.This will be beneficial to the connection design against fatigue.
