STUDIES ON HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION PERFORMANCE OF FILMS BY ELECTRODEPOSITTING AND SINTERING

Chromium and yttrium oxides were obtained on the surface of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti by electrodepositting and sintering.After studying and comparing the high temperature oxidation behaviour of the oxide scales on samples which were deposited in different conditions,the improvement of high temperature oxidation resistance on stainless steel's surface modified by chromium and yttrium oxides was concluded.
