The JRG-Fourth statistics scale on the distribution law of biopolymer element active centers in Chinese medicines(Ⅳ):──Relationship between the Yin-Yang attributes and oxidation potential of hydrated complexion lying in the bioactive centers

JIN Ri-guang MU Xue-yan (College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology; Beijing Sub-cluster Life Power Technology Institute, Beijing 100029, China)
All kinds of organisms have their own distribution of life-related elements, including Chinese medicines. Further more, different Chinese medicine possesses different oxidation potential. Generally, when the oxidation potential is higher, the Yang (+) attributes of ion will be stronger. On the other way round, the Yin(-) attributes is stronger. It is testified by curatorial chemists that a good many of elements of the fourth period exist in Chinese medicines. In this paper, the relationship between the Yin(-)-Yang(+) attributes and the distribution of element oxidation potential in the fourth period is expatiated. According to the numerical value of the oxidation potential, the Yin(-)-Yang(+) attributes and taste of the Chinese medicines can be estimated, while the atomic number is in the second place. The viewpoint, of which the ratio of different elements can evaluate the condition of Yin-Yang balance in human body, is proposed for the first time.
