Analysis of the kinetic characteristics of the preliminary intake stage for a pneumatic cylinder

A numerical computational fluid dynamics simulation using Fluent and Gambit has been carried out on a pneumatic cylinder.After an analysis of the flow characteristics,the pressure distribution in the cylinder is discussed.ADAMS was used to simulate the movement process of the cylinder and its kinetic characteristics,taking into account the relationship between velocity and the driving force when the long stroke cylinder is in motion.The results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the design and operation of the experimental facility.
