Rethinking and Reestablishing the Connotation of School Culture——Collaterally Introducing the Culture of Ganado School

The connotation of school culture has always been misinterpreted. To some degree, this misguides the educational practice. School culture is not simply putting together some interdependent elements such as material, mental and institution. It is a system of meanings which composes of values, belief and rules and links people together in the school. The image of Ganado School indicates what the school culture is and how to build it. Each school has its own special culture. The school should be led by the values shared by all the members of the school. In this way the positive school culture and vision can be formed.
