Analysis on Probability of Failure of Collapse of Aseismic Structures

Zhang Huaijing (2nd Dept. of Civil Engineering. Beijing 100044)  
The limit states design method which is based on the reliabity theory is adopted for the present design code of aseismic design of building. By means of aseismic check com-putahons, it's be analysed in this paper the probability of failure of frame structures under specified conditions by the point of view of probability. Some standpoint and proposals are put forword at the end of this paper.
