Melt-Penetrating Process and Penetration

The fundamental equation for the high speed knock-on process was derived.The high speed deformation, penetrating process and the super high speed knock-onprocess were analyzed. Based on the research, the idea of melt-penetrating process hasbeen advanced, and the theoretical formula of penetration for the melt-penetrating processwas derived. Its value is in good agreement with the experimental results.
