Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Hot Rolling Steel Containing Single Cu Alloying Element

The microstuccture and mechanical properties of high purity hot rolling steel containing singleCu alloying element was investigated, before and after aging annealing. It is shown that the steel has highstrengthening effect and high ductility. The precipitation occurred prior to the recrystalization during aging an-nealing. It is believed that the new steel should have a very positive future.
