Non-parametric Estimation Method on The Resource Allocation of Power Industry

The application of Non-parametric estimation method about optimal resource allocation in power industry was researched. The data of Power Industry in different part of the Country are analyzed transversely with this method, and five indexes are available, they are: pure technique- efficiency, size- efficiency, the input disposition-degree, the input component-efficiency and the input combination- efficiency. The results of the analysis can prove that the difference of resource allocation- efficiency in different Power companies is high and the input combination- efficiency of Power Industry is low as a whole.
