The treatment results were evaluated and compared. Results Ninety cases were successful and 8 failed in inner fixing group, with a success rate of 91.83%. Sixty-three cases were successful and 39 failed in control group, with a success rate of 61.76%. Conclusion The vertical fractured molars should be treated as early as possible. The rate of conservation was high after inner fixing and crown repair.
