Visual Design of Production Line in Virtual Manufacturing

In order to get a productive and rational production line rapidly and effectively, a new visual method with virtual manufacturing was introduced. First, the object oriented method was used to establish the basic resource class library, and a model library was created according to the objects in the resource library, then the 2D and 3D models, which can simulate the real manufacturing environment, were constructed through visual modeling method. This method will provide an efficient tool for modeling and analyzing the layout planning and rapid reconfiguration design of PL, and improve the rationality of the design.
