Research Progress on Lysozyme Crystallization

Lysozyme,an important model protein,has found wide application in the investigation of protein crystallization mechanism and methods.The structure,property and application of lysozyme were outlined,and the conventional crystallization methods were summed up,a new method was discussed.It also concerns crystallization conditions,mechanism and the major observation methods as well as the prospect on lysozyme crystallization.
