Effects of pyrolytic conditions on pyrolysis yield of crop stalks.

Using the pyrolysis equipment for crop stalks,the authors developed a new straw pyrolysis equipment with the capacity of 0.18?m~3.Then choosing stalks of rice,wheat,corn and cotton as experimental materials,which have a large production in China,the yields of various pyrolytic products were detected under the highest(climax) pyrolytic temperatures of 450,600 and 750℃ and the average temperature-rising rate was 150℃?hour.The results showed that under the selected experimental conditions,with the increase of pyrolytic temperature,the average yield of stalk carbon dropped gradually,while those of stalk vinegar fluid and stalk gas rose by degrees.It was concluded that,from the changing tendency,with pyrolytic temperature rising,the increasing range of stalk gas yield was bigger than that of stalk vinegar fluid.
