The Clinical Significance of Changes in Serum TXB_2,6-Keto-PGF_(1α) , SOD and LPO Level in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Before and After Treatment

In order to explore the changes of serum TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α ,SOD and LPO levels and their clinical significance in patients with acute myocardial infarction before and after treatment, serum TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α and SOD were determined by RIA, LPO was determined by biochemical method in 35 normal controls and 33 cases of acute myocardial infarction before and after treatment.The results showed that in patients with acute myocardial infarction the 6-Keto-PGF 1α and SOD were significantly lower than those in normal controls(P0.01),TXB 2 and LPO were higher than those in normal controls(P0.01)before treatment.One week after treatment, TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α , SOD and LPO returned to normal(P 0.05). The results inducate that changes in these factors are closely related to prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
