Clinical Significance of Measurement of Serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α Levels Before and After Treatment in Patients with Condyloma Acumimatum

LIANG Ning(Radioimmunoassay Center of Hai Kou People Hospital,Hai Kou 570208,China)
To study the changes of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNFα levels before and after treatment in patients with condyloma acuminatum, the IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in 42 patients and 30 healthy controls were measured by RIA and ELISA respectively. The results showed that the TNF-α level in patients was extremely higher than that in control group(P0.01).IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients were extremely lower than those in control group(P0.01).After treatment 6 months, the TNF-α level in patients was still higher than that in control group(P(0.05));the IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients were still lower than those in control group(P(0.05)).It suggested that condyloma acuminatum patients may have some autoimmunedeficincy.
