An Answer to Globalization: Enhancing Culture Self-consciousness

Globalization is a process of social history toward some sort of value. Confronting globalization, an important task of education is to enhance people's culture self consciousness. This kind of culture self consciousness consists of identifying the essence of “homogenization” and “integrity” in contemporary discourse of power, strengthening national culture self consciousness and improving individual's ability to rethink the consumerist culture which is exerting a wide influence.
