An Analysis of Damaged Rights and Interests of Consumers Based on the Circumstance of Tour Market——A Concurrent Discussion on Standardized Operation in China's Domestic Tour Market

The problem that the domestic travelling market deviates from the norm has become increasingly serious, with the rates of complaints and cases of damaged rights and interests of consumers always high. This article analyzes the situation of legal rights and interests of consumers damaged in the domestic tour market and the reasons of the damage. The root source lies in the lack of juristic environment to protect consumers' rignts and interests. Therefore, laws should be meliorated to protect various rights and interests of consumers and enhance the administrative communication and administrative coordination.
