An Experimental Study on the Relationship Between the Micro-images of Nailfold Microcirculation and the Blood Flow of Finger Volume Pulse

The characteristics of microcirculation in macroscopic and microcosmic aspects are introduced in this paper:the experiment results for blood flow of finger volume pulse were compared with observed results of naifold microcirculation at different work load.The results showed that there were close relation between characteristics parameter k' for blood flow of volume pulse and Tianniu integral value of nailfold microcirculation.The study provides the physician with a new valuable method to assess microcirculation function.
