Experimental Study on the Viscoelastic Properties of the Longitudinal Posterius Ligamenta of Cervical Spine

Did research on the viscoelastic properties of the posterior longitudinal ligament of C 1-C 4、C 4-T 1 cervical spine different segments got from 8 fresh corpses. Did the stress relaxation and creep test on the longitudinal posterius ligamenta of cervical spine. Got the stress relaxation and creep data and curves. Reduced the test data to get the reduced stress relaxation, reduced creep function and curves. By using logarithmic and exponential regression analysis method we obtained the regressive coefficient. Also we did the pull test in one direction to get the tensile destructive load,stretch ratio,tensile stress,tensile strain. With the least square method we fit the data of stress and strain then got the stress-strain formula of the posterior longitudinal ligament of C 1-C 4,C 4-T 1 segments and obtained its constitutive equation K(λ,t)=G(t)T (e) (λ). Finally discussed the experimental results.
