Studying on modifying of new collagen scaffold

In order to overcome the shortcomings of acellular dermal matrix which was used for composite grafting,such as bad permeability,low biological activity and so on,a dimensional meshwork collagen dermal matrix was prepared by a fire-new technology.The modifcation methodls of cross-linkage,complex,perforating and fibroblast cultivation were mainly discussed in this paper.The results showed that complex improved the porosity of cross-linkage samples and prolong its degradation time.Cross-linkage improved the porosity,tensile-strength and prolong its degradation time.The porosity and degradation time were improved when the processing sequence was complex before cross-linkage.Perforating improved the permeability and porosity obviously.The fibroblast cultivation revealed that the cells could well adhere,grow and multiplicate on the surface of modified materials.By using of modifications of complex,cross-linkage and perforating,the performance of new collagen scaffold was improved obviously.The permeability was(3372±83)g/(m2·d).The degradation time was(38.3±1.0)h and could be controlled by the dosage of cross-linkage,in orden to satisfy the requests of different scaffolds.The porosity was increased evidently,to(94.20±2.5)%.The tensile-strength was at(10.65± 0.32)MPa.The biocompatibility was improved as well.The results above indicated that this new collagen dermal scaffold would be suitable for composite graft in future.
