A Study of Teaching Efficacy and Its Correlation Factors

One of the important purposes of the study about teacher's psychology is to promote teacher's qualities.Teacher's teaching efficacy and its correlation factors are important factors which affect teacher's qualities The paper thinks that teacher's teaching efficacy is cognition of and belief in their ability which involves teaching task and target to success in teaching activity Also, the paper analyses teaching regulating ability, teaching strategy and teaching behavior which are related to teaching efficacy The paper trys to provide with a new field of vision of the “over the century end teacher project”. We are now implementing and contributing to promote teacher's qualities
