A Survey of the Relations between the Community's Fire and Local Water Administration in Jingyang,Shaanxi

Taking a small township in Shaanxi province as a typical case and adopting symbol research methods,we study,based on the fieldwork,the relations between the presentation of community's fire and local water administration.As to the presentation,the structure of the mass players,the timetable of the programs,the traditional features and the conflicts of the stories,are the most important subject matters to analyze.Their symbolized functions to the local water administration are expounded.
