Organization Justice in Adjusting Organization Political Awareness and Job Satisfaction:A Case of the Secondary School Teachers in Beijing City

The present attempt explores the role of organization justice(OJ) in adjusting the political awareness of organization(PAO) and job satisfaction(JS).The testees are 557 teachers and stuff members from 5 middle and high schools in Beijing City;the main testing means include PAO,JS,and OJ questionnaires.The research shows that(i) there is no significant effect of OJ in adjusting the general PAO and JS;(ii) but it does play a role in the political awareness of administrative behaviors and internal satisfaction;(iii) it also functions between the political awareness of the superordinate organization behaviors and internal satisfaction.Therefore,OJ has a partial role in adjusting PAO and JS.
