Mechanical Deformation Analysis of Diaphragm Compressor Metal Diaphragm

Although the diaphragm compressors have been used for many years in China,the theoretical knowledge of the mechanical analysis of diaphragm is lack and the design of cavity surface for diaphragm compressor is not very mature.In this paper,according to the work processes of diaphragm compressors,the theoretical analysis on the diaphragm deformation of compressor was performed using the theory of elasticity.The relation between the diaphragm deflection and force was gotten,and the result was analyzed using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The stress distribution of diaphragm in diaphragm compressor,which provides a theoretical basis for manufacturing diaphragm compressor,was gotten by contrast analysis.
