Research on Evaluation of Height and Growth Development Differences for Chinese Han Students from 7 to 22 Years Old

Based on the data of corporeity investigation for students of the whole China in 1995, by applying scientific research methods the cross sectional and longitudinal systematical analysis and study of the height indexes were made in the Chinese Han students (male and female) of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China. The contrast of height indexes was also made between the male and the female students. The inherent objective laws of the growth development were revealed. Thus, the fundamental materials and scientific basis have provided for the local education administration departments in charge and schools of various sorts and grades in China, especially the leaders and teachers of the high schools and the elementary schools in improving the students' height and growth development level.
