Analysis of Jones' Skill in Women's 100-meter Final Race

Jones is the gold medal winner of the women's 100-meter race in the 27th Olympic Games. There are striking individual characteristics of her skill of running. The superlative skill of running and the rationality of the characteristics of other skill point out that the teaching and training of the short distance runs should develop in the direction of multi-polarization. The characteristics of Joan's skill of running were analyzed from several sides by the method of technical analysis.
