The Development of Exercise and Serum Lipids

The metabolic abnormity of serum lipids is a very dangerous factor of several diseases. Exercise can improve the metabolism of serum lipids. Therefore, the effects of exercise on total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-c) are summarized so as to provide reference to the study of exercises on serum lipids.
