On the Change of Physical Education Teachers' Implicit Ideas of Education

In the practice of physical educational reform, there exist some problems with the change of physical education teachers' ideas about education. One of the reasons lies in the blind spot in the control over cognition and behavior caused by physical education teachers' implicit ideas about education with basic position and strong role. To renew physical education teachers' implicit ideas about education, teachers themselves should take their own words and deeds as the object of study, improve their sensitiveness of self observation and express their implicit ideas about education in language, thus sorting and renewing the outlook on education.
