Perspective on Teachers while P.E. Curriculum Reforms

In the field of Chinese teacher education, three problems emerge from the new round of P.E. curriculum reform in basic education, such as parochial base of professional development, disjointed teacher cultivation and inefficient mode of continued education modes. At the beginning of P.E. curriculum reform, it is effective to optimize P.E. teacher educational model, which including reshaping the base point of P.E. teacher professionalization, constructing and consummating the subject system of PE and relative reform and making the model of the P.E. teacher education change from "expanding model" to "upgrading model".
