Research on Influence of "Critical Incidents" on Professional Development of P.E Teachers in the Middle and Primary Schools

With the combination of the documentary analysis, statistic analysis, this paper explores the "Critical Incidents" and "Potential Critical Incidents" during the professional development of the P.E. teachers in the middle and primary schools and discusses in which way to transfer the "Potential Critical Incidents" to the "Critical Incidents", the attitudes and strategy for the P.E. teachers in the middle and primary schools to deal with "Critical Incidents", and the importance and functions of "Potential Critical Incidents" "Critical Incidents" for the development of professional development of the P.E. teachers in the middle and primary schools. It is proposed that the P.E. teachers in the middle and primary schools should enhance the professional development during the reviews of "Critical Incidents".
